Company with location approved by the Collectivity of Corsica and the City of Bastia, supported by ONDA. Room with 100 seats. 45-person wandering tent.

Job Description
ASSIGNMENTS:
Full member of the artistic team, the stage manager is in charge on the one hand of the preparation and the technical reception of the hosted shows and on the other hand of the exploitation of the creations of the company on site or on tour. She/he ensures the light creations of the company. She/he ensures the management entrusted to her/him. She/he negotiates the technical sheets and adapts the rigging plans for the shows hosted, determines the material needs after analyzing the technical sheets, organizes and participates in the assembly and dismantling of the shows and the manipulation of the sets. She/he designs and produces technical effects that meet artistic demands. She/he participates in the maintenance and repair of decorative elements, accessories, furniture or fittings of work tools. She/he ensures the storage and maintenance of the equipment park and the stage area. She/he carries out a technological, commercial and regulatory watch on stage equipment, ensures compliance with safety and hygiene rules.
Description of the profile sought
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position or solid and confirmed experience in a company as a permanent or intermittent employee.
Having a certain attraction for today's live performance, you are sensitive to the diversity of artistic forms of live performance, to creation and inventiveness, you are curious about the evolution of the world.
Mastery of the rules for attaching loads and working at height.
Perfect mastery of desks and light wiring, dedicated networks (dmx, etc.)
You ideally use the Office suite and Autocad,
In-depth mastery of light, sound and video software.
Electrical authorization.
VL license required.
Technical English mandatory.
Manual skill and a sense of DIY are desirable.
Meticulousness and rigor are necessary.
Professional in the field, available (evenings and weekends), you are responsive, autonomous and versatile, organized, you have a sense of responsibility and initiative, a sense of anticipation, you are a diplomat and you have interpersonal skills.
