Palmera Job Vacancy - Season 2026
Position: Dancer / Entertainer
Start of the contract: April 1 / May until the end of October 2026
Net monthly salary: from 900 €, depending on experience, skills and specific offer.
Employment contract: Swiss contract in 4 and 5 star hotels in Greece (Kos, Rhodes, Chalcidique, Corfu, Crete, Zante... ).
Training: Depending on how fast you learn choreography, we offer 1-3 weeks of free internship and rehearsals before the contract begins to master our shows and concepts.
Working hours: One day off per week (8 hours work per day).
FREE Accommodation + Full Board: 3 meals per day at the main restaurant of the hotel; all drinks are included.
Social coverage: Accident insurance, retirement and social security included.
Transport bonus: Refund of €300 on the last salary for any 6-month contract completed.
Transport on arrival: Free transfer from the airport to the hotel upon arrival in Greece.
Services included: free internet and laundry service.
Material: Work uniforms and stage costumes provided free of charge.
Bonus: Extra commissions based on the promotion of Palmera merchandise.

Daily routine of an Artist/Animator
Matin : 10h00 – 12h30
Afternoon: 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Soirée : 20h00 – 22h30
Your daily schedule can vary depending on your position: fitness classes, organizing sporting activities, working at a kids' club or shows. Socializing and interacting with hotel guests is strongly encouraged throughout the day.
Lunch: usually at 12:30 or 2:00 pm
Additional rehearsals (as shows progress):
12h30 – 14h00
Pause : 17h00 – 20h00
In the evening, you will participate in the children's mini-disco 2-3 times a week. If you are part of the mini-disco, your hours will be: 20h15 - 21h00.
You will need to provide 3 to 6 shows per week, lasting about 1 hour each. Shows usually start at 9:30pm, giving you time to prepare after the mini-disco if needed. After each show, you will participate in a short presentation and some group dances with the customers. Once the performances are over and the costumes are sorted, your day will end around 10:30 - 11:00 p.m.
