Job Summary
She Said Jump is seeking a number of performers to join us for 1-2 days of paid workshops as part of our current R&D for new show DIRT, a circus adventure underground.
Job Description
DIRT is a multi-sensory immersive show for children 5+ and families, about soil life, and why we should care about it. The show weaves elements of soil science into narrative, centring around a travelling circus of life-size worms and other (puppet) underground life forms, and features integrated audio description.

The show is currently in a period of R&D.

We are seeking London-based performers to join members of the creative team to help us explore some ensemble aspects of the show with a larger group in a workshop setting, focussing on the chorus of worms.

Essential skills:

Strong movement and character skills
Some experience in aerial, climbing or other relevant skills
Ability to play/improvise as part of an ensemble
We want to hear from:

physical theatre performers
clowns
puppeteers
aerialists

dancers
Venue: Jacksons Lane (London)

Dates & times: 16th & 17th October, 11am-5pm (you do not need to be available for both days)

Fee: £120 per day

We are particularly interested in hearing from performers currently underrepresented in the circus theatre sector including disabled & neurodiverse artists and artists from the global majority.
