An international entertainment company is conducting an open casting call in the New Orleans area for dynamic performing artists interested in professional contracts at sea. We are seeking talented Dancers, Vocalists, and exceptional Singer/Dancers to join our world-class productions. This exclusive audition event is scheduled for November 1, 2026, at MOVE Studio in Metairie, Louisiana. No advance registration is required; prospective candidates should arrive prepared to showcase their talent. ### Vocalist Requirements **Tenor / Baritenor Vocalists:** We are seeking powerful male vocalists proficient in pop/rock, R&B, and Motown genres. Candidates must demonstrate confident stage presence and movement abilities. Selected vocalists may also be invited to a dance assessment. **Mezzo / Belter Vocalists:** We are looking for dynamic female vocalists, specifically strong mezzos with impressive belting capabilities and commanding stage presence. Applicants should prepare two approved audition songs. Those invited to a dance portion must bring appropriate dancewear and heels. ### Dancer Requirements **Production Dancers:** Highly skilled and athletic dancers are required, demonstrating solid technique across commercial jazz, ballet, contemporary, and hip-hop styles. Tap experience is considered a valuable asset. Female-identifying dancers should be between 5’3″ and 5’9″, and male-identifying dancers between 5’9″ and 6’2″. All ethnicities are welcome. Candidates must be prepared to quickly learn and perform multiple choreographic combinations during the audition. **Singer / Dancers:** For this dual-threat role, we seek exceptional dancers who are also comfortable and proficient vocalists. Female-identifying candidates should be 5’3″ to 5’9″, and male-identifying candidates 5’9″ to 6’2″, primarily in their 20s to 30s, and open to all ethnicities. All prospective Singer/Dancers must successfully complete the Production Dancer audition. Those who advance through the dance portion will receive instructions for a vocal self-tape callback. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
