Description:TENT circus in Amsterdam is launching a new Open Call for their biennial Open podium. On that evening, five circus artists will present their work to the public and professionals. Trying out something new is also allowed, the focus is on artistic quality and content, Back to Base. Curious about how your work was experienced by the public? During the Circus Café afterwards, you will enter into a dialogue with each other. Registration is possible until September 19, 2024.TENT, home for contemporary circus, is a production house. We form a close community with our makers and are committed to a flourishing circus climate. We stimulate and support circus talent in the Netherlands in various stages of their development. We call on circus makers who have been at it for a while, have just graduated or are still in training. Stage artists with an affinity for circus are also welcome. Every participant in the open stage receives a day's wage (in accordance with the collective labor agreement) and travel expenses.
