Description:From 16 to 20 April 2025, the 28th edition of the International Circus Festival La Piste aux Espoirs will take place in Tournai. Wallonie-Bruxelles Théâtre Danse (WBTD) and La Piste aux Espoirs will organise the professional meetings Bons baisers CIRQUE on 17 and 18 April .How does it work? 20 European projects will be selected, with special attention to projects from the Wallonia-Brussels Federation. The presentations will take place in the form of 10-minute pitch sessions per group , from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on both days. Afterwards, there will be room for exchange with the professionals. Criteria for participation and selection The company or artist must be a professional artist. The proposed project should be in production in 2025, with a creation and distribution schedule for 2026 and/or 2027. The complete application file (correctly completed online form, visual material and any production file) must be submitted before February 14, 2025 via this link: Application form Contents of the registration form The online form includes: Full contact details of the company or artist. A presentation of the company or artist (max. 900 characters, including spaces). A statement of intent of the project (max. 1000 characters, including spaces). Your expectations regarding international collaboration (residencies, co-productions, pre-purchases). An estimate of the duration of the performance. An estimate of the audience capacity. The number of artists on stage. The creation budget. The production and performance schedule, including premieres. Partners and any supporting organisations. An HD visual of the creation (mandatory to be submitted via the form). If available, a production file can be attached (optional) or sent by email. Incomplete files will not be accepted.
