The National Institute of Circus Arts (NICA) is currently looking for an Ongoing Casual Supervisor to join our NICA Rec Team!
The NICA Rec Supervisor plays an integral role in ensuring the ongoing safety and smooth operation of NICA's public circus programs - managing classes, space, rigging, and safety processes, and working closely with our amazing circus training staff and public. It is a causal position with engagements spread across weeknights, Saturdays, and holiday periods.

Requirements:
Rigger certification or equivalent knowledge/experience/training is necessary to perform the role.
Right to work in Australia.
Valid Working with Children Check.

Additional Information:
The NICA Rec Supervisor is a casual position with engagements over Monday to Thursday evenings (approximately 4 – 4.5 hours per engagement) and Saturdays (approximately 6 hours per engagement) during school term and Monday to Saturday (approximately 6 hours per engagement between 9am-4pm) during school holiday periods.
Holidays programs run in accordance with Victoria, Australia school term dates.
