Ample Man Danse expands its artistic team is looking for new and new performers for the next season

Montreal, July 9, 2021

We are currently looking for artists of the movement, coming from all horizons, for 2 new creations in progress and 2 works on tour ( Public Piano and Qui bougera ).

To meet you, we had the idea of ​​a creative and festive event that will take place on July 27, 2021 , in the evening, in Montreal. It will be an opportunity to move together, to get to know each other and to discover the universe of Ample Man Danse.

We invite you to reserve your place by email before July 25 , midnight, at [email protected] , with the following content:

Short cover letter [your motivation to create with AMD, your interest, your experience];
Video clip of you in action;
Portrait photo [for identification only];
Calendar of your general availability (or unavailability) between September 2021 and April 2022 .
Depending on the health situation, we may need to limit the number of participants, if necessary, only people who receive an invitation will be able to come to the event on July 27th.

Following this evening, the artists will be invited for a half-day of creation [paid]. Make sure you are available for one of these days [am or pm, to be confirmed]: August 11, 12, 13, 18 or 19.

Ample Man Danse has been creating and producing poetic-urban choreographic works since 2012. In an approach promoting participatory creation, Simon Ampleman and his collaborators explore the “human effect” by increasing local exchanges with citizens · S of all ages and backgrounds. A fine blend of contemporary dance and artistic mediation, it is a human, organic, relational and musical research.
