Description:Hi my name is Erika, I am a photographer mostly specialising in editorial and commercial, but recently I have decided to pursue several photo series projects over the next two years.One of my photo series’ is entitled “Our Form”, it is a series focused on the form and shape of the human body, but not any ordinary shape. Impossible shapes, alarming shapes, ones that do not seem human but totally are. For this series to work, I am looking for individuals who possess different levels of flexibility, from good - extraordinary, to pose in interesting ways (fully clothed) in a studio environment or to shoot virtually for some. I can also travel abroad along with the stylists or pay for flights for those overseas. If you are a contortionist, or even a circus performer/dancer/yogi/normal human being with a bit of flexibility, I would love to hear from you. I want the series to be super eye-catching, so I am looking for people of all body types, ages, ethnicities, genders etc. I want a wide gamut of different people to show. I have a list of 19 poses, so that will be 19 different models and 19 different shots in the series. Each one to perform a different pose, in the actual shoot I will likely shoot you performing multiple poses (if you can) and then choose one from each selected model. Upon application, I will send you the PDF of each pose. Apply with as many poses as you are capable, even if you can only do one, you may still get selected for that particular pose. But the final product will be 19 very different images. If you can do poses not listed, I encourage you to send them across as it will greatly increase your chances of being selected.
