Description:

A regional theatre in Waite Park, Minnesota is hiring a full-time, salaried Technical Director at $55,000 to $70,000. The role reports to the Artistic and Education Director and supervises the Assistant Technical Director, carpenters, scenic painters and a props designer.

You will turn scenic drawings into construction plans, support the lighting and sound teams, plan load-in, rigging, technical rehearsals and strike, manage production budgets, and care for the shop, tools and equipment. Designing two to three shows per season is an option if you have the experience.
