Description:We are looking for a part or full time Marketing Manager (30-40 hours per week) that will shift to a full time position when our programming is back to 100% due to the pandemic. This role will work closely with the director and administrative team but must be comfortable working as the sole marketing contact for the organization.Responsibilities -Promote school programming to increase sales via print and digital media. -Keep track of advertising statistics -Create marketing proposals to promote programs/shows that are feasible based on research. -Research & develop content for our Facebook, Instagram and YouTube accounts, and maintain a consistent social schedule. -Develop and maintain all email campaigns. -Monitor and analyze campaign performance and keep abreast of digital and print media trends. -Create Print and digital marketing collateral for school programs and performances. -Maintain website updates and regular website maintenance Improve SEO on web pages. -Create press releases and pitch stories to radio, TV and publications. -Cultivate and maintain marketing relationships with local media, teachers/staff at public and private schools and local arts organizations. -Participate in a weekly team meeting and share progress on projects. -Engage with staff, contractors and board when needed. Experience and Required Skills -Knowledge and experience in dance and/or circus arts is a must. -Knowledge and experience marketing programs to parents & children -Can develop a clear descriptive profile for our target audience by talking with our programming staff and Diversity Equity Inclusion Accessibility goals. -Can brainstorm solutions to reaching our target audience. -Can give feedback to our programming staff that will help increase sales. -Understanding of website, Google and social media metrics and digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data. -Strong writing skills that are creative, informative and concise. -Experience in the majority of the following programs: MailChimp, Wix, Google Drive, Dropbox, Asana, Canva or Photoshop, and basic video editing Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects. -Must be motivated to work independently. -Minimum 5 years of marketing experience -Ability to be adaptable to shift strategies and tactics to reach goals in a timely manner. -Exceptional written communication skills -A commitment to our mission and vision.
