Description:Cirque du Soleil is looking for tenor/actor/instrumentalist singer with extensive stage experience and extraordinary charisma for its new touring creation due in 2025.Requirements: · 18 years of age or older · Be ready and available for international touring Singing/Acting · Tenor with great vocal agility and versatility · Must be comfortable with belting · Must be comfortable with a variety of contemporary styles · Must be able to improvise in a style derived from world music (Arabic, Balkan, etc.). · Must be a very charismatic and versatile singer · Must be in excellent physical shape · Must be a confident, convincing actress · Must have professional performing experience · Knowledge of Ableton software, an asset Instruments Technical and expressive mastery of ONE of these two instrumental profiles: A) Clarinet (preferable) or oboe or flute or B) Guitar and/or banjo · Playing a harmonic instrument (keyboard, piano, etc.) at an average level, an asset. · In the case of profile A), Commitment to learning the duduk, with the help of professional coaching provided by Cirque du Soleil, for the start of the show rehearsals.
