- Piano/vocalist - male. Must be strong through pop/classics/great American songbook and also lounge/straight ahead jazz :
- Guitarist/vocalist - pop/classics/strong singer
- Drummer/percussionist - broadly capable across many styles including but not limited to pop/rock/jazz/latin/classics. Ideally can sing (backing vocals/harmonies and/or lead).
