Description:SUMMARYTrump International Beach Results looking for skilled, experienced, passionate individuals to join our Team as an Entertainer. Singers/Dancers/Performers engage and entertain all guests through performance in shows and events. Your role is responsible for scheduled performances throughout the Resort. As an Entertainer, the employee will be responsible for performing, in a variety of roles for family friendly, high-energy shows. The target audience for these shows includes families and children of all ages. You are center stage, creating a fun and entertaining environment for our guests. Join us and help bring joy, excitement, and lasting memories to people from around the world. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform shows in accordance with Resort guidelines. Provide added entertainment to the guest experience. Hosts and participates in all resort wide recreational, entertainment and social activities. Provides musical entertainment for resort guests and residents. Seeks out guest contact displaying enthusiasm and boundless amounts of energy and socializes with guests in public areas and lounges throughout the Resort. Welcomes guests entering and exiting specified resort spaces for events/performances. Participates in the creation and coordination of activities/performances at the resort including promotion, hosting under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Food & Beverage and Recreation Management. Assist in the production of the shows to include set up, break down Ensure all shows start promptly Maintain the highest standards of safety. Keeping your area clean and sanitary for all guests and team members. Maintain professional standards in accordance with all Resort policies Responsible for maintaining a warm, friendly and courteous attitude with our customers, guests and staff at all times. Qualifications Skills / Qualifications Must be able to play 2- 4 hour sets on a musical instrument or perform vocally. Strong microphone skills. The ability to interact effectively and make connections with people of different age groups. The motivation to go above and beyond for our guests and residents. The ability to cross-promote activities and events. Natural ability to communicate with others and work in a team or independently. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to tolerate & work in outdoor temperatures and environment for extended period of time. Positive and enthusiastic attitude and work ethic. Excellent communication skills. Outgoing and friendly demeanor Demonstrate a clean and professional appearance. Will be required to work various shifts as event and Resort needs dictate, including nights, weekends, and holidays REQUIREMENTS Physical demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls Position may require reaching with hands and arms Must have the ability to walk, crouch, bend, stoop, kneel and lift to forty pounds occasionally. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Communication Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written, effectively with guests, vendors and co-workers Must read, write and speak the English language fluently Computer skills Microsoft Office skills, Outlook, and Excel WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that an employee must be able to handle to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
