Casting European Dancers for Unique Cruise Contract (Guest Entertainer Status)

Schedule: working one month onboard, followed by one month break off of the ship.

Where: Europe

When: Online

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
· Seeking fit, trained dancers with strong technique in Jazz; as well as Commercial and partnering skills.
· Artists must have a commanding stage presence and be able to deliver high-impact, confident performances.
· The ability to engage with the audience is essential.
· Female-identifying dancers should be able to perform in heels (6.5cm).

CONTRACT DATES
CAST 1
Rehearsals: August 1 – August 29 2023 in Porto, Portugal
Install: September 1 2023
Premiere: September 15 2023

CAST 2
Rehearsals: September 29 – October 19 2023 in Porto, Portugal
Install: October 21 2023
Premiere: October 25 2023

TERMS + CONDITIONS
Our team members benefit from excellent terms and conditions, including:

· Rehearsals take place at our new base in Porto, Portugal. Accommodation is provided. Rehearsals + Install are paid separately.
· Contractor / Guest Entertainer Status (not Crew).
· Onboard Salary: from €3,000 per month.
· Onboard, all artists have their own cabin with its own bathroom and all meals are provided.
· No duties, crew drills or IPM.
· Opportunities for managerial roles (elevated salary).
· Modern productions and bespoke costuming.
· Onboard Welfare Programme: access to WiFi, crew gym, chill out lounge with tea, coffee, snacks and massage chairs, gaming / movie room, sun deck and laundry facilities.
· Access to the Guest Fitness Centre; which includes a sauna and steam room.

Please note that all team members are responsible for their travel to/from the ship. During assignments, the company operates a zero-alcohol policy.
