What will I do?
Performers will be cast into an Entertainments Mardi Gras Krewe character and dancer for our Mardi Gras event where you will perform in shows, parades, and roaming entertainment. Performers will be responsible for providing high-quality, high-energy entertainment to our guests with the aim of making magical and memorable moments.
· To work within an allocated offering during the dates scheduled and during the hours of operation in the Mardi Gras event.
· Ensure high performance standards and take constructive direction from the Entertainments Management Team.
· Ensure daily chores are completed at the end of every shift, showing strong teamwork with other colleagues in the department and across the wider Resort.
· Complete additional roles and jobs as per the direction of Entertainments & Resort Management as required by the business.
· Adhere to Health & Safety standards as all times, always taking ownership.
· Deliver high quality performances to a wide range audience against a backdrop like no other.
An Ideal candidate will:
· Have a strong background in performance and dance training with operational awareness and understanding.
· Have a strong work ethic to strive to reach full potential in a casted role.
· Be energetic, enthusiastic, and willing to collaborate within a team.
· Be passionate about delivering memorable experiences to guests and have a positive attitude.
· Have fully flexible availability.
Details:
Location: Thorpe Park Resort, KT16 8PN
Hours: Full Time and Part Time
Pay: £9.50ph (Will increase to £10.57ph from 1st April)
