THE HOUSE FOR ALL IN VILLE D'AVRAY (92) IS RECRUITING
ONE. E PROVIDER IN INITIATION TO THE ARTS OF CIRCUS

THE STRUCTURE
The Maison pour Tous de Ville-d'Avray is a non-profit association, law 1901 located in the cultural center “Le Colombier”. Its objective is to promote personal development and access to culture for all by offering specialized workshops and cultural events. The association welcomes 1,300 members each season, who take part in 67 artistic or bodily expression workshops.

MISSIONS
Animate and supervise discovery and initiation workshops in the circus arts intended for children aged 4 to 12 years.

CONDITIONS / HOURS:
This position is to be filled for September 2023 (30-32 sessions outside school holidays).
 Weekly volume: 3 hours and 30 minutes
Days offered: Wednesday or Saturday
– from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (4-5 years old) – 10 children maximum
– from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (6-7 years old) – 10 children maximum
– from 12:30 p.m. 1:00 p.m. (8-12 years old) -10 children maximum

 Possibility of hosting courses during school holidays
Weekly volume: 10 hours
Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. – from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

 Status: Employee – CDI or Service Provider
 Gross hourly rate: €40.00 - €50.00

TRAINING
BAFA Cirque, BIAC, BPJEPS circus activities, DE circus teacher…

SKILLS
 Ability to give discovery and initiation lessons in all circus disciplines (acrobatics, balance on object, juggling)
 Pedagogy: ability to transmit, good knowledge of learning processes

 Autonomy in work and in group management
 Ability to understand the progression process
 Ability to adapt quickly, to propose, to get involved in the life of the structure
