THE LOWRY'S SCRATCH NIGHTS X CIRCUS CALL-OUT Deadline for applications: Monday 20 February 2023, 1pm
For The Lowry's first Scratch Night of 2023, we're pleased to announce a paid opportunity for circus artists to share new work. The event will be curated in collaboration with Turtle Key Arts and Ockham's Razor.
We're inviting circus artists, collectives or companies and artists who include elements of circus in their practice to submit proposals to develop and share new work as part of our next Scratch Night on Wednesday 19 April 2023 at The Lowry, Salford.
We are looking for proposals that focus on ground-based circus skills or/and working with free standing equipment (working at a maximum height of 4m). Please note that we cannot support any work that requires rigging, including ground rigging.
