From August 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026, we want to expand our team with a production employee (x/f/m) with a passion for performing arts and talent development.

Your role:
You are responsible for the complete production support of a number of f ABULEUS productions.
Tasks:
- Coordinating and supervising the rehearsals, premieres and (travel) performances of our productions.
- Practical supervision of the creative processes with young people and young professionals.
- Social guidance of young people, including communication with their parents, schools and other commitments.
- Organisational support of professional makers.
- Budget follow-up of various separate productions.
- Administrative follow-up of and communication around the above tasks.
Your profile and skills :
- You have a degree in socio-cultural work, agogics, orthopedagogy, cultural
studies, film and theatre studies or developed the
necessary insights and skills during previous work experiences.
- You like to work in an organizational and caring manner.
- You enjoy planning, researching and arranging. You are proactive.
- You like to work in a team.
- You anticipate, can work under time pressure and come up with creative solutions in problem situations.
- You communicate strongly and flexibly, both orally and in writing.
- You are socially skilled and act from a broad frame of reference.
- You have a positive attitude and like to invest in atmosphere-setting activities.
- You have sufficient knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet.
- Knowledge of/love for performing arts and/or young artistic talent are plus points.
- You have experience in working with hyper-diverse young people
- You are willing to work evenings and weekends.
- You have a driving license B.

- A 4/5th fixed-term contract from August 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026.

- A salary based on your knowledge and experience according to the CAO Podiumkunsten (scale B).
