TAG Live® is looking for a passionate, organised, and technically skilled Lead Technician to join our team at a stunning UK holiday park!
💡 THE ROLE:
🎛 Oversee technical ops across lighting, sound, QLab & more
🛠 Lead & support the in-house and freelance tech team
📋 Help manage schedules, inventories & health & safety
🎧 Mix & operate for live productions, DJs, bands & events
✅ YOU’LL NEED:
⚙ Proven technical theatre/production experience
🧠 Strong knowledge of digital desks, Titan lighting & QLab
📚 Solid understanding of H&S procedures & SOPs
🤝 Team leadership skills & a proactive, problem-solving mindset
📆 Open to flexible working patterns
💰 SALARY & BENEFITS:
💷 £30,000 p/a (pro rata)
🏡Onsite accommodation available for a small weekly fee

📆 6-day working week with split shifts based on the programme
