In addition to our extensive range of theatre, music, dance, comedy, circus, family and school performances, visual arts and film, De Spil is also the driving force behind major cultural events in Roeselare such as the circus and street theatre festival De Groote Stooringe, the social-artistic activities De Tuin der Lusten, Plein Publique, La Folia / Anopia, Hagelslag, remorc ... Various performances take place outdoors such as Customised Concerts in TRAX, classical concerts in churches, exhibitions in Ter Posterie ... De Spil is looking for a full-time project and production coordinator (x/m/f) for an indefinite period.
Your function: As project and production coordinator, you will lead the preparation, execution and evaluation of activities (mainly outside the home). You will coordinate and pull a changing project team per project and ensure good cooperation. You can count on the expertise of your colleagues who will bring projects to a successful conclusion together with you. You have sufficient experience to start working independently after a short induction period. This currently concerns the following projects: de kleine stooringe/de groote stooringe, de Tuin der Lusten, Plein Publique, de Maatwerkconcerten, remorc, seizoensvoorstelling, Hagelslag and La Folia / Anopia.
Your profile: • You have a helicopter view of every project. You make the planning and a script, draw up the budget and manage it, look for answers to questions, communicate and evaluate. You manage the members of the project team. • You look for suitable locations and ensure that the agreements and permits are in order. • You consult with the companies and go through the technical sheets together with the colleague who is responsible for the technical production. • You arrange the production and logistical aspects. You make the necessary agreements with the responsible hospitality, student workers, safety, ticketing, etc. • You build, maintain and deepen a (local) diverse network. • You investigate where digitalization can support the planning, production and communication processes of De Spil's project work and implement this. • You maintain an overview of the various projects of De Spil and, in consultation with the team, you coordinate them. • You follow up on the requests for room rental and ensure that these are administratively in order. Who are we looking for? • For this vacancy we require a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience. • You have an open attitude, can communicate fluently internally and externally and have a healthy sense of responsibility. • You respect the set timing and deadlines. You are punctual and accurate. • Organizing and planning your own work, dealing flexibly with and responding to unforeseen circumstances does not scare you. • You are practical, orderly and think in terms of problem solving. • You like flexible working hours and are regularly available in the evenings and at weekends. • You have a driving license B. • You are open to lifelong learning and innovation. • You have a good knowledge of Dutch. You speak and write fluent French and English. We offer you: • a full-time contract for an indefinite period with immediate commencement; • remuneration according to the scales PC 329.01 in accordance with diploma and experience with an increase of an irregularity premium of 6% above the gross salary; • leave scheme according to PC 329.01 with a collective leave from mid-July to the 1st week of August; • flexible working hours; • possibility of occasional teleworking; • meal vouchers worth 6 euros/day, supplementary pension insurance, holiday pay, 13th month and contribution to commuting according to PC 329.01; free hospitalisation insurance for the employee and the possibility for your family members to join; • possibility of bicycle leasing;
• mileage allowance for business travel with your own car and bicycle or use of a shared car;
• free attendance at performances for you and your family (own programming De Spil, no performances by hall renters);
