Job offer | Dance teacher
The Georges-Vanier Cultural Center is looking for a dance teacher to complete the 2023-2024 program. We are looking for a dynamic person who is comfortable working with different audiences in an inclusive approach.


More specifically, we are looking for a teacher to animate and develop the course content according to the following two axes:

Dance at lunchtime : Classes aimed at combining dance, fitness and the pleasure of moving.
Tonic dance : Classes aimed primarily at people aged 60 and over looking for gentle physical activity (flexibility, balance, etc.) and social activity.
Know-how :

Have completed professional studies in dance or dance teaching – University level.
Have relevant experience (minimum of 2-3 years) in teaching.
Strong interest in the transmission and sharing of artistic knowledge
Creative spirit.
Sense of organization and punctuality.

Mission of the Georges-Vanier Cultural Center:



The Georges-Vanier Cultural Center (CCGV) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting artistic and cultural practices and making them accessible to all. The CCGV is a place of dissemination, meeting and multidisciplinary, intercultural and intergenerational exchange that promotes living together and the animation of community life through the democratization of arts and culture. The activities of the CCGV revolve around three main components: courses and workshops, exhibitions and cultural events.
