Description:Excessive Human Collective are auditioning for a national UK tour. We are looking for 2 female identifying dancers based in Leeds to join us for 2 weeks of rehearsal and 5 tour dates over January till April.Where: Leeds, UK When: 7th November Deadline for applications: 22nd October Excessive Human Collective are looking for two female identifying dancers for an upcoming tour of their new work Post Truth Whatever. The show is an interdisciplinary live dance theatre performance which challenges us to look at how we decipher fact from fiction in a post-truth world. PLEASE NOTE THIS PROJECT IS FUNDING DEPENDANT The selected performers will need to be able to: – Pick up highly complex movement material quickly and accurately – Have experience working with text – Be based in Leeds – Be available for all dates listed below Dates: Rehearsals: 04/01/2022 – 16/01/2022 two weeks of rehearsal and tech, plus two days of filming over the weekend of the 15th/16th Performances / Travel Days: 14/02/2022 15/02/2022 04/03/2022 05/03/2022 06/03/2022 29/04/2022 30/04/2022 Performers will be paid: Equity minimum for rehearsals plus holiday pay £150 per performance day plus holiday pay Per diems for performance days Accommodation and travel is covered for all performance days The audition will be held in Leeds on the 7th November.
