Tangled Dance Company are looking for 1 Female contemporary dancer to join the team for a 2022 creation project (ACE funded).

Where: Manchester, UK

When: May 2022

Deadline for applications: Thursday 28th April 2022 by 5pm

Strong technical contemporary dancer, versatile mover and confident performer.

Strong ability working with props, fluid floor work and acrobatic ability ideal.
Must be comfortable working in non-traditional performance spaces. We require a reliable and adaptable dancer with a quick pick up rate and an eye for detail, able to retain challenging choreography. Recent graduates welcome to apply.

The role involves being part of a new creation, an adaptable, site sensitive production with a whimsical narrative and working with a cast of dancers & actors. The production is being created with a view to touring museums, galleries, libraries and heritage buildings in the North West of England (anticipated 2022-2023).

Fees: £130 per day for rehearsals; travel expenses available.

Artists ideally based in Greater Manchester; must be northern based.
