Job Description
The production administrator will work closely with the artists and under the responsibility of the association office.

Main mission:

- Development strategy
- Search for new partners and requests for public and private funding, institutional meetings
- Artistic canvassing
- Administrative contact for partners
- Drafting and monitoring of grant application files
- Social, fiscal, legal and social monitoring calls for projects

Other possible missions:

- Drafting and monitoring of contracts: transfer, co-production, co-production, residency, etc.
- Drafting and monitoring of agreements: communities, institutional and cultural partners, etc.
Description of the profile sought
- Required skills:
o Training in cultural management or equivalent experience
o Knowledge of the sector and its networks in the Occitanie and Aquitaine regions.
o Legal, tax, social and accounting knowledge related to live performance
o Knowledge of different financing mechanisms and calendars
o Ability to set up projects


- Qualities sought:

o Interest, curiosity and enthusiasm for creation, dance, music and theater
