Description:
Located opposite Switzerland, between the lake and the mountains, managed by an association under the 1901 law, the Maison des Arts du Léman is a Conventioned Stage of National Interest (Art in Territory).
The Maison des Arts du Léman organizes a multidisciplinary season of around 90 shows and 190 performances.
It programs in Thonon at the Théâtre Maurice Novarina (580 seats), in Evian at the Théâtre du Casino (280 seats) and at the Palais Lumière (380 seats), in Publier at La Cité de l'Eau (1200 seats). As part of the "chemins de traverse", the Maison des Arts du Léman programs shows in many villages in Chablais. It also organizes a festival for young audiences "les P'tits Malins".

Job Description
Under the authority of the technical director, he/she is responsible for:
- Participating in the feasibility study of the creations/shows hosted and decentralized each season.
- Analyzing and evaluating the lighting needs necessary for the realization of the various artistic projects.
- Proposing adaptations and options in light of existing constraints.
- Ensuring the assembly, operation, lighting control and dismantling of the hosted and decentralized shows.
- Assessing the condition of the equipment essential to the proper functioning of the shows and the safety equipment
- Participating in the maintenance and inventory of technical equipment, proposing improvements
- Supervising the team assigned to the lighting assembly.
- Ensuring the handling necessary for the activities
- Ensuring compliance with ERP regulations in terms of fire safety and accessibility for spectators and hosted teams
- Participating in the fire safety service during the shows as SSIAP 1.
Description of the profile sought
Proven experience in a similar position.
Mastery of IT tools.
Technical knowledge of lighting and stage, Hygiene and safety of ERP.
Holder of PEMP, Electrical qualifications, CACES appreciated.
SSIAP 1 desired, willingness to pass it.
Versatility in solidarity with the stage and sound
Interest in all forms of art (classical music, theater, dance, exhibitions, etc.)
Driving license B essential (many trips)
Rigor, anticipation, organization, adaptability, initiative.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage the unexpected, to make quick and thoughtful decisions.
Great availability (evenings, weekends, summer)
