The Lighting Department Manager leads a team in designing, installing, and servicing lighting systems. Duties include project sales, coordinating with project managers and other supervisors, and conducting weekly meetings with direct reports. The manager plans team schedules, ensures materials are available, handles client communication, and handles training of the team. This role assists admin with with hiring and employee relations . Requirements
Full time, in person position. Some travel throughout the southeast. Past experience managing direct reports is preferred. Experience with CAD drafting is a plus. Prefer to have experience managing projects from start to finish including budgeting, pricing , and installation.
