👀We’re looking for a skilled Lead Sound & Lighting (AV) Technician to manage all things sound, lighting and stage production at our incredible seaside resort!
💡 THE ROLE INCLUDES:
🎚️ Overseeing all technical operations
🎧 Operating sound desks, lighting & QLab
📋 Creating rotas, managing teams & planning events
🔧 Performing maintenance & ensuring tech safety
🎭 Supporting top-tier live shows, acts & events
👀 WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
✔️ Has experience in live events or theatre tech
✔️ Can lead & motivate a team
✔️ Knows their way around digital desks, Titan & QLab
✔️ Is organised, detail-driven & thrives under pressure
✔️ Has solid knowledge of health & safety procedures
