Description:Call for participationThe International Relations Department is launching a contract as part of the Hauts-de-France Region's cooperation with the Silesian Voivodeship in Poland and the Land of North Rhine-Westphalia in Germany. The purpose of the contract is to organize Kulturatrium 2024 (closing date for applications: February 5, 4 p.m. - grouping of players possible). Kulturatrium 2024 Kulturatrium aims to encourage encounters between artists and artistic approaches, and the networking of cultural players in the 3 regions. This year's event will focus on the circus arts, and should take place in November 2024 (in synergy with the Nuit du cirque and the Rencontres du spectacle vivant) on the southern side of the regional territory (Aisne, Oise or Somme).
