Description du poste / Tâches

- Work with and support existing specialists/service team
- Set up and assist in sales demos and trainings
- Respond to questions, queries and comments from Sales staff, customers and end users
- Keep demo inventory clean and “ready to go”
- Work with the warehouse staff to help prepare customer orders (some video orders must include many installation accessories and parts). Task is to ensure nothing is forgotten
- Provide support to customers if needed during installations
- With time, travel across Canada to assist our sales force with demonstrations and technical support
- Provide after hours and weekend support (if needed)

- Organiser et assister aux démonstrations de vente et aux formations
- Répondre aux questions, aux requêtes et aux commentaires du personnel de vente, des clients et des utilisateurs finaux
- Gardez l'inventaire de démonstration propre et « prêt à l'emploi »
- Travailler avec le personnel de l'entrepôt pour aider à préparer les commandes des clients (certaines commandes vidéo doivent inclure de nombreux accessoires et pièces d'installation). La tâche est de s'assurer que rien n'est oublié.
- Offrir un soutien aux clients au besoin lors des installations
- Avec le temps, voyager à travers le Canada pour aider notre force de vente avec des démonstrations et du soutien technique
- Offrir du soutien après les heures d'ouverture et les fins de semaine (au besoin)
Qualifications / Compétences requises
- Proficiency in Excel. Experience with AutoCAD, Vector works, or other CAD software is a plus.
- Strong Communication Skills
- Technical Knowledge in AV an asset

Français :
- Maîtrise d’Excel. Expérience avec AutoCAD, Vector Works ou d'autres logiciels de CAD est un plus.
- Excellentes compétences en communication
- Connaissance technique en AV un atout

Salaire: $35,000.00+++
