Description:Join Our ‘R’ Family as an Activities/Leisure Team Leader at Richardson's Hemsby Beach Holiday Park 🎉🕺💦The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the safety and well-being of all of our guests with particular regard to children, young people and vulnerable people. To deliver fun, to create amazing memories and to ensure the highest standard of leisure including the delivery of indoor and outdoor activities within a safe environment. To actively develop all swimming pool services to meet customer needs and to be responsible for delivering fun, safe play and enjoyment of their experience. When required, to perform team leader duties within the complex including working within the bar and restaurant in an efficient, professional and courteous manner. Position Details: 📍 Location: Hemsby Beach Holiday Park 📆 Permanent Position ⏰ Hours: 48 hours/week over 6 days when open, 40 hours/week over 5 days when closed 💰 Salary: £556.80/week (48 hours) increasing to £600.00/week from May 2024. £464.01/week (40 hours) increasing to £500.00/week from May 2024 Key Responsibilities: 🌟Lead our vibrant Activities/Leisure team 🌟Conduct lifeguard duties when necessary 🌟Dive into a world of fun and excitement!
