Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Circus Instructors to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a skill set in circus arts, either juggling, acrobatics, aerial arts, clowning, etc. Multiple areas of experience is ideal. The instructors will be responsible for teaching students of all ages and skill levels, fostering a safe and creative learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging circus arts classes and workshops.
Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to various skill levels and age groups.
Provide personalized instruction and constructive feedback to students.
Ensure the safety of all participants by teaching proper techniques and maintaining equipment.
Demonstrate circus techniques and assist students in performing movements safely.
Monitor students' progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
Maintain a clean and organized training space.
Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve teaching methods.
Assist with performances, shows, and other circus-related events.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging atmosphere within the training center.
Qualifications:

Extensive experience in various circus arts disciplines (e.g., juggling, acrobatics, aerial arts, clowning).
Previous teaching experience in circus arts or related fields.
Certification in circus instruction (preferred).
Knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and injury prevention.
Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for circus arts.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
Physical fitness and ability to perform circus techniques safely.
Working Conditions:

Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Physically demanding role, requiring the ability to perform and demonstrate circus techniques.
Training center environment with exposure to various circus equipment and apparatuses.
