Description:

Immediate Opening for Electrician – North American Touring Production of STOMP.

Individual will be responsible for ensuring that the technical and aesthetic standards of the show’s lighting are regularly met at all venues.

General responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Keeping open lines of communication with Lighting Director and Production Manager
Maintaining the electrics equipment
Updating show paperwork
Working with local crews on load-in, performance, and strike
Performing preset show duties
Executing show cues as well as changeover and post show duties in a safe, professional and timely manner

Qualified candidates must have prior touring experience and extensive background and relevant expertise in theatrical lighting/electrics. Substantial experience in maintaining and repairing production equipment is required. Basic carpentry skills are preferred. Moreover, applicants must be safety conscious, detail-oriented, organized, and articulate; maintaining a positive, affable disposition while working is critical.

Tour Information

Dates: Immediately – June 15, 2022

Locations: United States

Route: includes one nighters, split-weeks, and week-long stays

Compensation is $1100/week + per diem and single occupancy housing

In accordance with STOMP’s COVID-19 Safety Policy, applicant must be fully vaccinated and have received a booster.
