Les Ailes du Désir is seeking energetic and passionate individuals with a strong background in aerial skills, gymnastics along with other apparatus specific expertise in order to instruct children, adults and professionals at various levels.
Our organization offers a flexible schedule of daily classes in a dynamic atmosphere. Applicants must be friendly, positive and team players. All applicants must be available to teach starting Sept 2017 in Miami, FL.
Job description:
You will direct workshops and classes for a diverse public including children, teens, adults and professional performers.
You will also be in charge of student evaluation within their respective levels..
Responsibilities:
Planning of classes and workshops involving different publics.
Enforcing compliance and respect of safety guidelines.
Equipment management.
Profile required:
Applicant should have several years’ experience teaching his/her respective skills.
Ability to teach beginner, intermediate and advanced students.
Interest in education and skill development.
Ability to manage groups and organize class planning.
Creative and artistic mastery with a strong technique.
Availability Monday through Sunday.
