HR Manager & Community Engagement Administrator - Job Posting
The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for administering the organization’s human resources functions. The person in this position serves as the lead human resources liaison for staff and contractors, manages employee benefits, drives personnel procedure in accordance with state and local laws, maintains proper and timely employee records, and manages administration onboarding of new employees. As Community Engagement (CE) Administrator, this person also provides administrative support to the Director of Community Engagement. The position is a salaried full time position. Reporting jointly to the Executive Director and Community Engagement Director, the HR Manager & CE Admin holds a senior administrative role. Some evening and weekend work will be essential.
