Description:
SEAWORLD ORLANDO is seeking experienced and personable stilt walkers to be a part of our inaugural Howl-O-Scream event!
All interested applicants must apply online and can attend our open call, please only attend one time slot.
Applicants must be able to work long sets (multiple hours) doing repetitive movement and standing for long periods of time
Applicants must be able to wear make-up and/or masks
Applicants must be comfortable working in dark conditions
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
Experience walking stilts is required
Prepare For The Auditions:
Please bring appropriate gear, knee pads, etc. to walk stilts
Stilts will be provided, do not bring your own
Have fun! We want to see your personality and get a sense of who you are!
Audition Location:
Open call auditions will take place at SeaWorld Orlando - Ports of Call - 7007 SeaWorld Drive
Applicants should drive in through the main entrance off Central Florida Parkway, and park in the main guest lot. Once you have parked, please enter in through the Ports of Call gate and NOT the main guest entrance gate - applicants will not be admitted through the front gate.
Everyone must wear a face mask at all times while on property and throughout the audition (face shields will not be allowed).
Bring a non-returnable headshot and resume
Rehearsal And Casting Information:
Production Timeline:
Applicants must be available for all scheduled event dates
Rehearsals may be scheduled from end of August to September 9th on any day of the week
The event runs Saturday and Sunday September 10 and September 11, 2021 with shifts beginning as early as 4:00pm
The event runs every Friday through Sunday from September 17 through October 3, 2021 with shifts beginning as early as 4:00pm
The event runs every Thursday through Sunday from October 7, 2021 through October 31, 2021 with shifts beginning as early as 4:00pm
Compensation:
$15.00 beginning hourly pay rate.
