Description:Host of Sparrows Aerial Circus is accepting resumes with cover letter, and demo reels for a variety of teaching positions. We are moving into a larger facility March 2022, and expanding our programming. We are 12 years strong, 5 stars on all forums, member of the BBB, and have the core values of Safety and Inclusivity, in that order. As Virginia's first and Richmond's own professional circus company, we are excited to bring in new talent. We are a mission based community circus company in Richmond, Virginia, providing oppurtunities for ALL people to learn, experience and perform the challenging, empowering, and creative arts of circus with a Can-do attitude.Teachers needed in silks, hammock/aerial yoga, lyra, rope, rope & harness, bungee, cloud swing, sling, static trapeze, dance trap and straps. Also accepting applications for other circus and flow arts, acro-yoga, partner acrobatics, juggling/poi, double dutch, stilting, unicycling and yoga classes. Will consider part-time and full time positions. Other movement classes will be considered. Reliability is a must.
