Description:Labeled Pôle national Cirque, Le Plongeoir implements a unique artistic and societal project,promoting encounters between artists and local residents: the circus in everyday life. In the field of contemporary circus, Le Plongeoir's missions are to support creation, the distribution of shows, circus teaching and practices, and artistic and cultural action. With the support of a team of 30 permanent employees, Le Plongeoir implements a season and a festival, with more than 50 shows for 150 performances per year. 35 artistic teams are welcomed in creative residencies each season. Le Plongeoir has two main locations in Le Mans: La Cité du Cirque, a place of teaching and creation, and Le Chapiteau permanent, a place of creation and distribution. The program also takes place in partner locations and with traveling big tops. Job Description Within the Plongeoir, Pôle national Cirque Le Mans, the main stage manager is responsible for the preparation, operation and technical coordination of the establishment's events. He or she reports to the technical director responsible for the Technical and Prevention pole, and as such, acts as deputy main stage manager or deputy main stage manager for the pole. The position is to be filled as soon as possible. Description of the profile sought Prerequisites: - Significant experience in a similar position. - CACES nacelle and electrical qualification. - Driving license B (BE, C, CE desired). - Safety training for shows (desired). - SSIAP 1 minimum (optional). - Authorization to work at height (optional). Knowledge: - In-depth knowledge of the field of stage lighting. - Knowledge of the various technical trades in live performance. - Knowledge of the regulations relating to the supervision and employment of temporary staff. - Knowledge of safety and prevention regulations relating to the use of stage equipment. - Knowledge of electrical regulations. - Knowledge of gestures and postures in the exercise of missions. Soft skills: - Organization and rigor. - Ability to be proactive. - Communication skills (ability to listen and make yourself understood, knowing how to exchange information). - Self-control and ability to remain calm in all circumstances. Know-how: - Analysis of technical sheets related to the activities of hosting artistic teams and organizing events. - Technical assembly: sound, light, audiovisual; - Assembly of circus apparatus and control of risks related to technical specificities. - Sound management, light management. - Ability to anticipate and resolve problems. - Ability to supervise a team. - Ability to alert and report
