Reporting to the Technical Director, the Head Rigger is responsible for the installation, operation and maintenance of all rigging equipment in order to ensure a safe and smooth running of the scenic and performance apparatus. He manages the rigging team and ensures that the safety and security of people and equipment is respected at all times.
