Description:

Nationally renowned circus training facility, New England Center for Circus Arts, is in search of our next Director of Facilities and Rigging. Applicants should have 2-3 years experience in professional circus rigging, show production and/or technical production skills, facility maintenance and/or management, and supervisory experience. Teaching/training experience is a plus.

This full time salaried position will oversee all facility and rigging operations at NECCA, spanning multiple programs, two facilities and multiple productions throughout the year. We are looking for a team player who exhibits values of respect, inclusion, professionalism, excellence and a caring community. Must be available some nights and weekends for rigging inspections and production oversight. Must reside or be willing to relocate to the Tri State area (VT, NH, MA) near our beautiful town of Brattleboro, VT. Some organizational benefits are provided.
