ESG provides a wide range of custom event services. The primary responsibility of this role will be to create creative concepts and fulfill booking requests related to the Client's vision while managing the Entertainment Department. You will be responsible for overseeing the Talent and Wardrobe coordinators; making recommendations on types of talent, set times and show options based on event request; research and develop new talent ideas, apparatuses, show concepts, and acts for live events; hire and manage specialty talent, models, dancers and handlers for live events; problem solve creative solutions while on a time and/or budgetary crunch.
