The Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra - the UK's oldest - is a critically-acclaimed ensemble, central to Liverpool's cultural offering. We are currently recruiting a Head of Orchestra Management, who will be responsible for our musicians and all operational management of the Orchestra. Ensuring the effective logistical operation of all activity by the Orchestra and associated ensembles, you will also maintain a positive, inclusive, supportive and high-performance culture amongst musicians. A member of the Leadership team, you'll manage the provision of players, direct an inclusive recruitment strategy and work alongside other departments to make sure all activity is planned and implemented to the highest standard, adhering to health and safety legislation.
