Permanent, full-time position
Salary: £40,402.81 per annum
Agreed overtime, such as late/early calls and get out rate, is paid in addition to the basic salary

Sadler's Wells is a world-leading creative organisation dedicated to dance in all its forms. Our mission is to make and share dance that inspires us all.

We are looking for Head of Lighting to assist in the preparation and running of productions for Sadler's Wells (1,500 seat theatre), ensuring that all relevant technical requirements of Lighting are met in a safe and professional manner.

You will be a flexible, practical person with excellent lighting skills. Successful candidates possess experience in professional theatre work. Being able to demonstrate leadership across teams is crucial. Sound and/or Video skills would be beneficial.

Sadler's Wells is a receiving theatre with varied seasons, including both artistic and commercial activities. Candidates would be required to have a flexible approach to working patterns, and ideally will have experience of working with either repertory or touring companies.
