Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, proactive and hardworking individual to join our existing coaching team in our wonderful dedicated Trampoline, DMT, Tumbling and Gymnastics centre, the only one of its kind in Sussex. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching and have a strong desire to deliver gymnastics sessions to all ages. An ability to socialise and create firm working relationships will be vital as well as an excellent manner with children and adults alike. With your passion and drive, we would like to see our recreational gymnastics grow to become the place to go, building on our reputation of delivering high quality coaching. This role belongs to you to develop and grow the provision of gymnastics, to build a team of Coaches who all share your passion and drive whilst adhering to the aims and values of Sky High Trampoline Gymnastics Academy. This role will expand with you as you become head of all gymnastics, giving you the scope to create programmes for all – the sky’s the limit!

Qualifications:
• Preferred British Gymnastics Level 2 in General Gymnastics, Artistic Gymnastics or Tumbling Gymnastics, however Level 1 will be considered for the right candidate
• A keen desire to gain further qualifications, knowledge and experience
• You will be required to have a DBS check and attend a Safeguarding & Protecting Children course, both of which we will provide
• A first aid qualification is also desirable but not essential, as training will be given.
The successful candidate will initially be working 10 - 12 hours part-time after school, evenings and weekends, however there may be opportunity for full-time as the role develops. A competitive salary will be offered. References will be required prior to commencing the role.
