DESCRIPTION
Seeking skilled guitarists who sing very well in the NJ, NYC, Queens & Long Island areas for teaching positions for Baby Bandstand's music and language enrichment classes and parties. Classes are for children ages 0-6 years and their caregivers. (Please note if you live in the New Jersey area. We have many current opportunities in NJ)
Seeking someone who is friendly and outgoing with excellent communication skills. Guitarists must have an excellent knowledge of fundamental chords and the ability to learn material by listening to recordings and/or reading charts. This position requires very strong singing and speaking skills with the ability to command a room of very young children and their adult caregivers. Ability to memorize and retain lyrics to multiple songs, rhymes, and language activities. Experience teaching or working with children is preferred. Must love kids!
Teacher rate is $50/class.
