BESTAgency is seeking fun, energetic and talented individuals to fill Full-time, Part-time and On-call positions with our world renowned singing gondolier program inside the Venetian Hotel & Casino. Our gondoliers are often the highlight of a Vegas adventure and considered the icons of the Venetian resort. Join us in making life-long memories for the thousands of guests we meet everyday. You bring the voice, we bring the boats!
Each candidate must participate in a mandatory two-week, paid training course in which they will learn the ins and outs of operating a 2200 lb floating gondola, the rich history and architecture of Venice, and the fundamentals of providing an exhilarating and unique experience for our guests.
Gondolier Candidates must meet the following criteria:
· Able to sing and project a capella, in English and Italian
· You will be tested on your ability to pull yourself out of the water and into the Gondola.
· Able to learn and retain a variety of Italian themed songs in an Italian accent.
· Able to commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week
· Able to work indoors and/or outdoors throughout the year, including holidays.
· Able to pass a standard drug test
Audition Requirements & Information:
Please prepare 2 one minute contrasting songs to be sung a capella: 1 classic (preferably Italian), 1 contemporary/pop.

ALL candidates MUST be available for the entirety of the paid training
JUMP TEST- Thursday FEBRUARY 22, 2024@ 8:00am to 10:00am at the Venetian outdoor canal: Candidates must jump into the deep end of the canal, swim to the gondola, and climb in unassisted. Candidates must successfully pass this test in order to continue with training.
ORIENTATION- Thursday FEBRUARY 22, 2024 @ 10:00am to 12:00pm at the Venetian: Candidates will meet with the management team to discuss policies and procedures, as well as performance expectations
VOCAL TRAINING – Saturdays FEBRUARY 24,2024, MARCH 2, 2024 and MARCH 9, 2024 from 11:00am to 3:00pm – Location TBD
OUTDOOR TRAINING – FEBRUARY 26 to MARCH 1, 2024 (Monday to Friday) from 6:00am to 10:00am *Dates & Times are subject to change*
INDOOR TRAINING: MARCH 4 to MARCH 8, 2024 (Monday to Friday) from 6:00am to 10:00am *Dates & Times are subject to change*
