PSCA General Manager
The Philadelphia School of Circus Arts (PSCA) was founded in 2001, and it is the headquarters for circus in Philadelphia. Housed in a 30,000 sq/ft facility in the West Mt. Airy section of Philadelphia (Circus Campus), the school offers recreational programming for youth and adults in a wide variety of circus disciplines.
We are currently seeking a General Manager, to begin August 15, 2022. Job responsibilities
- Working at the front desk, answering phones and emails
- Welcoming new students and people visiting the building for the first time
- Working with the Mindbody scheduling system for classes and private lessons
- Managing other staff and work-studies (scheduling, task lists, training, communications,
evaluations)
- Getting to know all of the school’s programs and coaches, to be able to offer program-design
assistance as soon as possible. Qualified applicants will have
● 2+ years experience in a similar customer-service position
● Confidence with Google Docs, Sheets, Forms and Calendar
● Willingness / ability to learn other software (Mindbody (desktop and app versions),
MailChimp, Canva, etc.). Prior experience with Mindbody or similar software would be a
major advantage
● Great written and oral communication skills, both with clients and administrators
● Excitement and enthusiasm for performing-arts education
● A friendly disposition

Wednesday 9:00am-5:00pm Thursday 10:00am-6:00pm Friday 10:00am-6:00pm Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm Sunday 9:00am-5:00pm
