We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and reliable individual to join the RoguePlay family as General Manager. The opportunity comes at an exciting time as we begin touring our indoor and outdoor works again, move into a new home for West Midlands Circus Centre, and as we align the company to achieve its strategic aims for 2022-23.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company as well as strategic planning and fundraising, the General Manager will work closely with the CEO and Board, in all aspects of company business, administration, and development. We require someone who enjoys being the dependable ‘lynchpin’ for a small and friendly team. RoguePlay is an ambitious organisation with ambitious plans, so a passion for your work and sharing our vision is essential.
