Are you an experienced manager with a passion for live events, exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams? We are looking for a Front of House Manager to play a key role in delivering outstanding audience experiences across Town Hall and Symphony Hall.
Job Description
This is a hands-on operational management role, managing front of house activity across our venues, leading and developing a large team of casual staff and some volunteers, and ensuring the safe, efficient and successful delivery of performances and events. Working closely with clients, artists, promoters and internal teams, you will help maintain the highest standards of customer service and venue operations.
