Description:

Six Italian theatres and festivals are jointly seeking new work for their 2027/28 programming. Independent artists and professional companies in contemporary theatre, dance and performance art can apply with a show that premiered, or will premiere, between January 2026 and summer 2027. Amateur groups and workshop showcases are excluded.

Application is free, by uploading a video, artistic details and a technical sheet to an online platform. Panels of local audience members in each city watch all submissions and choose the works, from nine at the largest festival down to one at the smallest. Two venues accept theatre only, no dance, and one has a small stage.
